It's the Reverse Bang, guys!!


It's that time of the year again! The spn_reversebang is on! You know how it works now: you submit an art piece or two (= a prompt), an author claims it during the art claim and writes a fic inspired by it! Gen, RPF, Spn, whatever rocks your boat!

I am submitting two prompts this year (quite dark...) and I can't wait for the art claim on September to know what authors I am going to torture the name of my authors this year!

Ballpoint pen sketch: Step by Step


After the big ballpoint pen sketches entry I did about one week ago, I thought it would be interesting to show how those sketches were done, step by step. I decided to sketch live yesterday on Tumblr and to post all the steps one by one. What you can see above is a gif showing all the steps from the watercolor pencil outlines to the final product. The Del Montes...in 3D!!


Do you remember this great fic called Small Small World written by dragonspell for the 2010 spn_reversebang and inspired by some of my drawings? Yes, the one with the talking green peas, the Del Montes! Believe it or not but expectative did some amazingly cute Del Montes figures! The Big "Ballpoint Pen Sketches" Entry


Some people run every day, some people go to the swimming pool everyday, some people sketch everyday. (I let you guess in what category I'm in ). I sketch very, very often. Everything. From Coca-Cola cans to cats to TV show characters. Here is a small part of what I drew in the last 2-3 months. Contrary to last post, I managed to scan my sketchbooks (I almost sat on the scan....). I just added a light gray texture because bizarrely, the details of the ballpoint pen were less visible with a white background.

spn_summer_art




Summer is almost here and it's time to celebrate it with some Spn fan art. spn_summer_art is a low-key submission based challenge for fanartists. All you have to do is submit your summery SPN drawings (SFW, no RPF) before June 29th. Th posting starts on July 1st.

I don't know yet if I'll have the time to submit something this year as I am quite busy with the spn_j2_bigbang and the avengers_rbbbut I'll try to draw at least one Sam & Dean art.

I am leaving tomorrow for an almost 3 week field work on the other side of the world. I take the plane for a 20 hour trip so if you send me your fic, I will be able to read it in the plane and to recontact you once I am at the hotel (where I should have the Internet).

If I don't recontact you immediately, don't worry, it just means that I already left and that I am at the airport or in a plane somewhere above the sea.
